- The reservation must be made on www.ibis-hotel-frankfurt-messe-west.de.
- The price on another public website must be lower than the price on www.ibis-hotel-frankfurt-messe-west.de when booking for the same dates, room category, length of stay, and number of guests.
- The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:
- Contractually agreed prices or group rates

- Websites with package deals or reseller websites where the room rate is offered as part of a package with other travel components such as flights or rental cars

- Prices for longer stays of more than 30 days
